In my project I focus on the problem of food safety in the future. We are confronted with this threat only through digital data and charts, which don’t allow us to have a deeper sensory experience and realize the real danger. I created charts, which are depicting line of years 2000/2010/2050. Using them, we see the increase and decrease of individual components important (water, bees) and dangerous (pesticides) for humans. To enhance the experience, each layer of the graph is not only colored, but also tastefully adjusted according to what it represents. I believe in this way, people start to realize ecological impact on our future. Next generations might not be able to experience taste or smell of ordinary bread.
